Liz Bernard, a native of Columbia, Kentucky, has been proud to call Bowling Green home since moving there in 1999 to attend Western Kentucky University, where she studied Communications and American Humanics. Liz is fiercely devoted to her community and serves with a number of organizations. She is the Vice Chair of the Boards of Directors of The Alliance of Kentucky Boys & Girls Clubs, a member of the Women’s Fund of South Central Kentucky, and the Downtown Redevelopment Authority. She is also a member of the Kiwanis Club and is a proud Adair County General and Kentucky Colonel. In addition to being the CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Bowling Green, Liz is the founder and proprietress of Zingarella, a women’s apparel, accessories and gift company. Liz enjoys singing, traveling, following WKU athletics, fashion, collecting vinyl albums, DIY projects and competing in pageantry. She is the reigning Ms. US 2018 and uses this title to promote the Boys & Girls Club movement. Liz works to amplify the voice of our youth and inspire every young person to reach their full potential and carve their own paths to Great Futures.
